Gettin' Crafty - Making Mabel's Fitted Crib Sheet

I have begun the task of making Mabel's crib bedding. And I'm glad I finally started since I've been working on the first darn crib sheet, put in about 2 hours and it's not even done yet, lol!  This could be due to the fact that I don't know what I'm doing and/or due to the fact that I'm a perfectionist and am going super slow so I don't screw up.

Here's what I have so far:
I'm using Pat Bravo's fabric collection: Bazaar Style
Keep in mind, it's still 'in progress'.  I need to hem the bottom and put the elastic in too.  Hopefully by tomorrow, I'll have the finished product.  Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that I'm on my way...and so far it doesn't seem completely impossible.

Looks great so far. I am sure with plenty of patience you will get it ;). Keep up the good work!

Looks awesome! I'm always amazed with people who can sew. My mom can, but I have yet to sew more than a straight line/hem or a button. It's something I'm interested in but not sure if I have the time to devote to learning!
